"Hobbytron doesn't back the products they sell. A couple weeks after requesting an RMA# for a 'Sniper Rifle' that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, we got an e-mail stating the fact that we are unhappy with it and the gun doesn't do what it's intended, isn't enough to issue an RMA#.

We made another request stating I have no way of knowing whether the problem was in it's engineering, manufacturing, or it has a defective part, it just doesn't work properly and we would like a refund.

We are now well into February and they still are not offering a RMA. We spent over $100 at their site for Christmas but we won't be spending any more money at HobbyTron."

Monetary Loss: $100.
