The HobbyTron customer service manager sucks! I can’t believe that just because we got rid of the shipping packaging (assuming, wrongfully of course that HobbyTron would be sending a product that WORKS) the warranty is void? For a $130 airsoft gun purchased July 15, 2015!!! For an item used FOUR times? Incredible and shame on you Hobbytron! Furthermore I think she said the notation about ‘original packaging’ and voiding of the warranty was on the BACK of the paper (I don’t know as it was shipped to my grandson who is now on vacation.) WHY wouldn’t that notation be on the box, on the FRONT of the paper, EVERYWHERE?

Really angry about this!

This person wrote the review because of "just about all of the above!" of airsoft gun from Hobbytron. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $129 and wants Hobbytron to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was voiding warranty, dismissive response, run-around and losing one hundred thirty dollars. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
