We received a broken toy from Hobbytron and they will not respond to my emails.
I ordered a tank toy from Hobbytron and UPS shipped it back on June 26, 2008
Opened box and found it damaged and not working.
Have been calling, emailing and calling with the run around. Heather (Hobbytron) told me I have to wait for two weeks and once they get the report back from UPS they would let me know.
More then two weeks have passed and still no word. I also filled out one of their forms to return the item and still no response.
Its sad that they treat their customers this way. Where has customer service gone to?
