I received an "Unbreakable" helicopter from this company and it broke within 24 hours of receipt.Once I submitted an email for the defective item, they would not email me back.

I had to make three calls to them to get a response on my email. I tried to get a replacement and they send me the incorrect kit to fix it myself. They refused to refund me. The "Valarie" in customer service had a big attitude with me and then hung up on me.

When I called back they would not answer my calls (5 attempts). HobbyTron advertises "Where awesome happens". It should read, "Where awful happens". This customer service is horrible!

Run!

Don't use them!

Monetary Loss: $55.
